    My review:

    “I have recently booked a stay for 30 days with this accommodation. When I arrived at the property I saw that the condition of the place was nothing like the pictures in the ad. The locker was filthy and rusty, the linens for the bed were dirty, the pillow was yellow as if someone had peed on it, and the whole room was dirty and smelly. And more importantly it also was unsafe, as there wasn’t even a ladder to climb to the top bunk bed, only a small and wobbly makeshift chair, which also resulted in me almost falling while trying to get to my bed. If I would have fallen I could have sued this accomodation and the manager running it. Please look at the photos I am including. Also the whole structure of the bed shook not only while climbing to my bed, but also while simply moving in the bed, and this happened also when the guest occupying the bottom bed moved as well. This accommodation is also located in an unsafe and rundown neighborhood.

    In addition, my experience I wish to share in this account against this accommodation involves my phone call I had with the manager who is running it. In all my life as a customer and consumer, this was the rudest and most offensive manager of any business I have ever had to deal with. He kept cutting me off and interrupting me, and was acting as if I was wasting his time when all I was doing was presenting my grievance as a very unsatisfied customer and consumer. He acted as though he was the injured party and customer, as if I was the one who owed him an explanation. He also attempted to make excuses over the phone with me by telling me that since this accomodation caters to young travelers, that that somehow excuses the deplorable conditions I was describing to him, and that is quite unbelievable.
    He also refused to issue me my full refund and hung up on me.

    I wish for all consumers out there who might be considering booking this accomodation to choose another one, any other one, because if they book this accommodation they not only will have the same horrifying experience staying there, but they will also not be able to get any refund. Indeed, this accommodation should be removed from all booking sites and public view (in this case I booked this through Booking.com), and this manager should be terminated at once for not only running such a deplorable accommodation, but also for being so belligerently rude and for refusing to show the slightest concern with dissatisfied customers and consumers.”
