Executive Tower Room or Suite
Guest Rooms are approximately 450 Square feet. They feature contemporary décor with one King or two Queen beds. They also have larger marble bathrooms, excellent skyline & New River views with an optional balcony to unwind while taking it all in.
Executive Tower Suites are located on the four corners of the 12th floor with exceptional views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline and New River. These rooms are the grand all of the Riverside Hotel offering marble jacuzzi bathtubs, living area, wet bar, a Queen or King bed and a wraparound balcony.
Classic Rooms
Classic Guest Rooms are approximately 325 square feet and are located in the original tower of the hotel that was built in 1936. The furniture can include one King bed, one Queen bed or two Double beds.
The original tower also offers two Las Olas Suites that overlook the prestigious Las Olas Boulevard. Suites include a wet bar, living room, balcony and a King bed.

Coming from I-95:
Take I-95 to Broward Boulevard and head east. Continue on Broward until you pass US-1 (Federal Highway). One block after passing US-1, make a right onto S.E. 8th Avenue. Continue south on S.E. 8th Avenue, cross over Las Olas Boulevard, and continue one block to S.E. 4th Street. Turn right on S.E. 4th Street and continue 500′ to the Valet Stand at the entrance of the hotel.
Coming from US-1, North or South:
Take US-1 to Broward Boulevard and head east. Continue on Broward one block and make a right onto S.E. 8th Avenue. Continue south on S.E. 8th Avenue four blocks, cross over Las Olas Boulevard, and continue one block to S.E. 4th Street. Turn right on S.E. 4th Street and continue 500′ to the Valet Stand at the entrance of the hotel.
Coming from A1A:
Continue westward on E. Las Olas Boulevard heading toward the downtown to S.E. 8th Avenue. Turn left on to S.E. 8th Avenue and go one block to S.E. 4th Street. Turn right on S.E. 4th Street and continue 500′ to the Valet Stand at the entrance of the hotel.Â
